Legal News Supreme Court skeptical of Hawaii's 'vampire rule' for gun owners

Are you surprised? They’re all zealots.
Wish I was. But they’re so twisted and evil they tried to use a law against slaves in Hawaii to justify banning CCW… they don’t care about rights or the constitution. Just want 🥔 like control of us

The decision still affords individual property owners the right to restrict firearms so, this isn't carte blanche.
The important distinction is that the default is that you CAN carry unless they specifically state (with a sign or otherwise) that can not whereas the Hawaii law stated that you can NOT carry unless you had specific permission.
That's very much like the difference between "innocent until proven guilty" and "guilty until proven innocent"...

In Arizona/ Nevada doesn’t a posted sign just mean they can ask you to leave if it’s noticed your carrying?
