Anyone here taken classes and/or have reviews from Sonoran Desert Institute? Maybe knows someone who's taken classes?

I'm interested in the 1911 Armorer class - among others. This is primarily for personal knowledge rather than business oriented. I'm particularly interested in the 1911 Armorer class.

I believe they are a total ripoff, they got approved for GI bill so most students aren't paying from pocket.
That and they are paying YouTube influencers really well to shill for them.

Had a buddy use his GI Bill and really enjoyed it and said he learned a lot.

So I don’t know, lot of people are down on it for various reasons.

I Wonder how many people who are nay sayers took classes? No dog in this fight.

You’ll probably learn more by watching community videos online than from their single-course program and figuring things out on your own. You can use the money you save toward your firearms collection.
