Anyone have issues with the Permitium Renwal form not allowing you to continue when you attempt to access “checkout “?
Same results 6 times in a row, two different PC’s, browsers.. Stated form not complete??
But it was..
No Customer Service on the weekend..

No, I do remember having to go back and complete a field I missed but don’t remember what it was…

I spoke with Permitium Tech support Monday AM. They wound up running a check on the SLPD Renewal Portal and found an issue.
They corrected the problem and I was able to complete the renewal application.
