San Bernardino CCW renewal taking forever, permit about to expire

final update i called again today after hearing from the guy i was talking to on reddit who was able to pick his up in person today (same situation as me permit expired on Monday). I got thru and asked if i could pick my permit up in person tomorrow they said yes and will print it today. they open at 8 so getting there when they open, figured i would just take off a few hours tomorrow morning and get it squared away so i can be done with this for 2 more years. hope the next renewal is smoother.

Well done, and good luck!

Did you miss the part where he gave the IA 138 days to renew his CCW? That is pretty proactive in my book.

It's also not OP's fault that they don't answer their phone or email, or that their security is so lax that they got hacked.
No need to be a jerk. He was not PROACTIVE. Waiting for the process is not being proactive, look up the word.
