Reinstating C&R to Classifieds sorting

[Ragnvaldr]

So to my understanding the options for "On/Off Roster, Exempt, and C&R" were removed from all categories besides Handgun listings.

I understand this was done since it was functionally pointless outside of the Handgun category, however, I would love to see the C&R checkbox make a return for Long Guns.

(Likely just an oversight or a known "to do" but figured I might as well request it in writing in case of otherwise)

I added it back. It was an oversight on my part.. We'll have to migrate that over at some point and create a separate dropdown for that one. When we first got it setup, i just threw it in the on / roster checkbox.

Just a note, to keep things simple. I likely won't migrate it for people but since things rotate out in 90 days, it'll drop off and cycle out anyways once we do change it.
