Gear Recommendations for concealed competition rig?

What's tactical?
These 3 are what I would recommend, with the T1C and Carey ones being my preferred. I used the T1C for Golden Bullet last year and placed 3rd for the Hunter Constantine BELT Bounty.

If you already have a IWB holster that you like and just need a solution for magazine pouches, then I am a big fan of these:

Damn! That was awesome!

How many mags do typically compete with?

Assuming you are shooting hi-cap divisions then 2 extra for reloads and one in the gun is plenty. That’s roughly 60+ rounds on your person for a single stage.
@Vurtne I'm shooting Production in USPSA until I get to A class and I shoot IDPA as well so I need those extra mags 😅

Took a bit but got the Tier1 APX in for my M&P, now ordering one for my X-Macro. I'm also using it for my EDC as it's the most comfortable holster I've landed on so far. I like the sidecar system where I was able to adjust my spare mag further left and even lower.

Also, got a few of these https://csrgstore.us/products/d-zone-aiwb-magnetic-magazine-carrier, so I'm able to carry 3 + 1 mags, total.

I've run it for a few matches now and at every one so far, someone has asked about my setup. Thanks again for the suggestion!

Glad it's working out for you! See you on the range.

I keep it simple - If I’m shooting USPSA from concealment, I just run my EDC Tier 1 AIWB holster and clip a couple of Blade-Tech mag pouches onto the belt.
