QD Sling Swivel Help

I picked up a Juggernaut Tactical JT-9 a couple days ago. When setting it up with the red dot, magnifier, and sling, I found that the Magpul QDM Heavy Duty Sling Swivel had no problem licking in the forward QD port on the hand guard, but would not lock into the QD port on the stock. I reached out to JT, and they had me bring it by their facility yesterday to take a look.

Apparently their isn't enough clearance above the locking mechanism for this particular QD attachment to lock in place, and the guy told me they used the QD attachments that have a push button on top, and have no problem with those. I showed him the regular Magpul QD Sling Swivel, and he confirmed that's what he was talking about. Ordered a couple for same day delivery, and when they arrived...they still won't lock into the QD port on the stock.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a QD sling swivel that works with the JT fixed stock? Anything reliable with more clearance above the locking mechanism?

It doesn’t go far enough in to lock in place.

Just guessing, but from what I remember of QD sockets, there's going to be a bolt or nut down in there to ttach to the stock? Might possibly need to grind a bit off of the nut or bolt so the part attached to the strap can fully seat? Quick test would be to see if the QD locks with the socket out of the stock? Hope that helps sort the issue out!
