First Range trip with my new T1x.
I mounted an Athlon Talos 3-12x40 set in Leupold medium PRW rings on top of a DIP Pic Rail. All shots were fired from a Bipod and rear bag.
I shot 8 flavors of ammo:
CCI SV
CCI Blazer
Eley Target
Eley Club
Norma Match-22
Fiocchi Range Dynamics
Aguila Super Extra
CCI MM HP

CCI SV, Eley Club and Norma Match-22 and Range Dynamics did the best with CCI Blazer as honorable mention. Aguila did not chamber well. I forgot to take
CCI Copper.
I only did a couple groups of each as I just wanted to break it in and see how it shot straight out of the box. I only cleaned the bore before shooting.
All shooting was done off a bipod and rear bag with scope set at 10x.
So my take on this rifle:
The stock for being plastic seems pretty sturdy and fit is good, barrel is centered and floated back to the bedding block.
LOP is 13 3/8, a tad short but it is a .22
Safety has a nice crisp click but no noise. I think the thread protector is plastic but that's OK.
Trigger was very crisp and varies between #3.25-#3.5, after returning home, I was able to adjust the pull to a crisp #2 with almost zero overtravel. This is probably the best trigger I have ever had on any firearm
The Magazine works but is lack luster.
The bolt is stiff opening and closing.
Not at all smooth like it's big brothers.
Also ejection is weak, kicking the spent shells less than a foot out with a firm bolt rack.
Overall opinion so far:
I am super happy with this rifle.

What velocities are you getting with all that ammo?

We have a Tikka T1x for our NRL22 loaner rifle for anyone that wants to shoot and doesn't have a rifle suitable for NRL22. I am getting really slow velocities comparatively speaking in the 20" T1x barrel compared to other 20" barrels. SK is under 1000fps, Center-X barely above 1000 fps. Anything shooting under 1050fps in this gun tends to group poorly. I resorted to using Eley Club in this rifle for anyone who wants to use it as it is closer to 1080 and shoots tighter. I've also let people use Eley Match in it because that shoots really well, even though it's pricier.

If you ever want to use a Arca clamp bipod, the Mountain Tactical Arca Lite rail - https://mountaintactical.com/tikka-arca-lite/ - It's what I put on the loaner rifle so anyone borrowing it can use any one of my bipods that they prefer to use.

As far you finding LOP being short, I do find this kind of funny. You must be really tall because to me, 13 3/8 LOP is kind of long for what is likely to be used by youth shooters more than adults.

No idea on volocity, waiting for my Garmin to get here. Thanks for the arca link but I just prefer the sling stud type bipod mounts.
Not tall, only 6'
