There's no where else for it to go. They take it and more than likely but less than absolute certainty they find the mag ban unconstitutional. He takes the L. They dont take it and we take the L. Some people seem to believe Scotus would rather take the AWB case and naturally have a cascading effect on mag bans, rosters etc.

They've repeatedly said they want lower courts to deal with these types of cases and they're back pedaling every time they have a chance to rule on one of these.

They're going to kick this can just like the last 3 imo.

That said I've got like 60 freshly packed mags in a Texas storage unit just waiting for their day in the sun
