shouldn't be able to get away with that. I read there is only like a couple gun stores within the city anyways at this point. Good job, I'm sure all the criminals will follow all the laws

Educated guess: The LAPD chooses to not enforce it, and it remains on the books as an inoperative law. There are many of those.

Reseda and Van Nuys are City of LA? how about that? guess so. well then probably all of the SF Valley FFL01 are. there are a handful I guess out there. maybe Oaktree as well then? I dont think Burbank/Glendale are considered city of LA tho are they? in that case there are quite a number there.
LA Gun Club I thought was just a range. not a FFL01. if they are a FFL01 that's the only one I know of in LA City proper.
