Gunsmith who can do custom receiver repair work?

Hello! I’m dealing with a very frustrating situation and need to find a gunsmith in the LA / SFV area who is really good with receiver work. Long story short, I have a specialty upper that was an extremely tight fit on both an Anderson and Aero lower. As in so tight only clamping upper and lower together allowed the rear takedown pin through. I should have returned to the manufacturer, but I had already waited 4 months to receive….so I took it to a gunsmith who will go unnamed in Burbank and they basically just blew out both takedown pin holes with a rotary tool. Totally uneven I might add. Criminally bad work and I will never go back there. Now the upper flops around on the lower. I need someone super competent who can likely either plug and correctly re-drill the upper takedown pin holes and/or maybe there is a pin hole bushing solution? Either way I need someone who actually knows what they’re doing this time. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Did they only 'blow out' the upper holes? If so, I'd opt for a replacement upper and be done with it. The work involved otherwise could easily exceed the cost of a replacement.

Total BS!! Real gunsmiths take your gun, make you wait 3 months, then return it worse than before.

Have you contacted BUBBA? He is an infamous gunsmith that can wreck any gun. He has been doing that forever.
