Burbank Rifle and Revolver Club is holding its second Galactic Pistol Alliance match this coming Sunday at 8:30 AM. There are still a few spots open. Registration is directly on the BRRC website. Go to the calendar and click on the match on Sunday and you will be taken to the registration page.
GPA Galactic Pistol Alliance is relatively new practical shooting organization that is growing by leaps and bounds. It combines some of the defensive and tactical aspects of IDPA with far fewer rules with the potential for speed and movement like USPSA.
The GPA motto is “Less Rules More Fun”. Stages are up to 24 rounds, no cover garment, drop mags with rounds anywhere on a stage, slice the pie at POC, but open targets can be shot in any order. Shoot your USPSA rig or shoot your IDPA setup. One mandatory reload is required.
Stage 1 begins from the wobbly board.
