Anyone know a gunsmith in Socal specifically around SGV area that would be able to help with this?

What's the whole store on that gun?
It certainly didnt leave a factory like that.

WIthout more info, I'll assume someone swapped barrels and did not have a lathe to do it right.

Mausers often tighten against either the breech face OR the barrel shoulder and ideally both but that barrel looks to be tightened against the breech face and the receiver has had the face cut or the barrel is not even from a 98.

I can fix that.
