Anyone go over them lightly with fine grit sandpaper or do the nubs wear down a little with use? Post is half in jest but I do think if I shoot more than a couple hundred rounds in one session it might start leaving some more permanent marks…
 
the pain is a feature not a bug :) the bogies do wear down over time, they are g10 or whatever it's called
 
I got some six months ago and like them a lot BUT 2: things.
1. After a few months of daily dry fire I was developing callouses on my finger tips. I sanded that part slightly.
2. I used grip chalk at the range with my Talon grips gun and it provided better grip than any Lok ever has (I've owned 3). Loks are great and look awesome on my metal guns but if it's for comp I think you could go with a gentler texture and some liquid chalk.
 
The good news is you will never have a glass slip out of your hand.
Those grips created multiple suction cups on your palm.
LOK needs to rename Bogies....Calamari.

What I liked about LOK is the ability to have the grips customized.
Sent in Beretta trident medallions and they inlaid them into a set of Veloce grips.
Printed picture of the grips and taped medallions in the location I wanted them.
If thin enough they could probably inlay just about anything for a price.
Never hurts to ask.
