Featureless Grips

I get there can be variations in a persons grip. Everyone has their preferences. That Olympic grip you picture would not pass as a featureless grip. That is not a fin grip.

I don’t own an AR pistol. OP’s pic looks like a rifle. Does an AR pistol need a compliant grip?

AR pistols do not need featureless grips, legally there is no such thing as a featureless pistol -- only semi-auto, centerfire rifles. semi-auto AR pistols just need to be fixed magazine to be legal

Registered assault weapons are exempt of the fixed magazine requirement as well as the magazine capacity limitations.

In the context of current market options for someone who doesn't have an AR pistol yet, like @Pewpewwagon mentioned, this response isnt really helpful.. You can't register AW's anymore, or transfer them via PPT, so there wasn't really a point in bringing that up as an answer to his question. Also, AW registration has always seemed kinda pointless to me with how restrictive it still is with transporting them or making alterations to them

I think the arguments for Megafin have won we over I definitely found it to be the most tolerable option on my AR10, and have been considering moving from sparrow to megafin on my AR15

There are no restrictions on alterations.
They have to be locked in transport, just like ALL firearms if you happen to pass through a school zone so there's effectively no difference in transport.
