Hello again all,

For CRPA v. LASD, once again we need plaintiffs (as the original ones gradually get their permits, we replace them with fresh ones to preserve standing).

If you have applied for a permit with LASD less than six months ago and are confident you qualify for a permit (no sketchy stuff in your background that may get you denied), please email me at kmoros@michellawyers.com. We'd like to get 2-3 new plaintiffs. Thanks.

Glad to see you’ve made it here!

I’ve added a contributor badge to your account which allows for unlimited edit time.

Hope to see you around here more. Let us know how we can help provide support for the organization with outreach.

We’re looking for ways to collaborate with orgs like the CRPA to support 2A

If we provided a space for CRPA / Mitchell Law- they could put their YouTube links, printed content and articles and other content. Love to see CAGuns be the "go to" place for current and accurate 2A information for all users.

If he’s interested in it, we can set it up.

Otherwise, let’s help ourselves by finding some people who want to be a part of this request..

If you’re from CAguns and participate in this. I’ll create a special badge for activism.

Seriously, I hope we have some folks here that are willing to step up. I recently acquired my permit along with the last preliminary injunction that also opened up the process for out of state. Don’t know how relevant I am to the cause now that my permit was granted (aside from it taking 2 years). My sincere thanks to Kostos Moros! Join the fight!

Badge for being a current plaintiff?😀
Part of the process… They don’t have to be plaintiffs but I think it’s good to offer since the people who try to make a difference be recognized in some way. We can adjust it til we find the right thing.

I just want to offer something here that’s free if you’re trying to help make progress and help the CRPA. Most times it’s through donations but I think it’s important to highlight the people in the community too. Contributing comes in many different ways..

Thanks guys!

By the way, I see on the other thread on LASD wait times that they seem to be moving faster lately, scheduling way more interviews all of a sudden. Is that the case? They may be both trying to move faster due to the DOJ investigation, and to moot our lawsuit.

Feel free to use our tools to create a poll and ask members here.

We are still looking for Plaintiffs...the couple of emails I got were from people who applied too long ago. Really need a couple who have applied recently, preferably within six months.

If you have not yet applied but will be very soon (next 2-3 weeks), that's fine too, please reach out. Kmoros@michellawyers.com. We need your help.

Thanks!

I applied on 3/11/2025 and initially my appointment was scheduled via email for March 12th 2026 and then I received the email on 8/14 that my initial CCW appointment was moved to September 25 of this year so it does seem that they are moving faster

heads up fellas I reached out to the email above and was notified the OP does not work at that law firm anymore
