It is almost time again for the CHFC Fish Fry. This is its 79th year. July 18, from noon until 5 PM. Lots of fun, games, raffles and, of course, great fish and chips. Ice cream, soda and beer is available. Live Country Music. Bingo. Kids' Games. It would not let me post the flyer. Adress is 1625 Sprtsman Dr, Compton, CA We have been there there for 80 years with no problems. Our property is at the end of a small road, bordered by the 710 freeway and commercial properties (some of which are owned by the club.) It is fenced. Not a single problem in 80 years. Police, fire and CHP are invited and show up. The city calls us its hiddenjewel.
