Looking at my California voter guide, searching for the best pro 2A candidates. Steve Hilton does not have a candidate statement in the guide. Is this by design or did they intentionally screw him over? Also, I love Chad Bianco, but Hilton is polling the highest. Instead of splitting our votes, should we all just vote Hilton? I don’t consider any Democrat running as pro 2A, although the mayor of San Jose seems pretty moderate. If this post breaks some rules, please delete. Thank you.

Here is CRPA’s graded evaluation of how each candidate supports/opposes 2A based off public statements and/or answering their questionnaire (not endorsed):

Looks like Chad Bianco is our guy. I’ll take an A over a C anytime.

For purely gun rights it's Bianco by a good margin
I was reading reform California, and it looks like the votes for Bianco and Hilton will split the vote and neither will make it past the Dems. Hilton is the more popular over Bianco, and certainly better than any democrat.

Idk, every poll I've been seeing has Bianco by a pretty large margin. That's the thing with polls though, you never know how accurate they really are. I'm still going for Bianco personally, Hilton just feels like another Rino. Idk if either of them will be good, but I know they can't be worse than what we've been dealing with.

Every tiktok post is flooded with support for Bianco. They said Hillary has a 99% chance to win, so...

Bianco was smashing them in the debates, he is pretty witty. I'd vote for him just on that level of intelligence alone.

I’m definitely a huge Bianco fan, and I agree a lot of the polling is BS. But, the democrats are definitely sneaky when it comes to California politics. We need to at least get one guy in there.

Vote Bianco and see what happens. Getting a RINO doesn't mean anything, policy matters more than the party letter.

Indeed. He ain't perfect, no politician is, but I do like the fact that he isn't just another out of touch billionaire/career politician who thinks he knows what's best for a bunch of people he can't relate to in the slightest. Political office was always supposed to be by the people, for the people, a civic duty to serve your fellow Americans. Instead it's become a get rich quick scheme for shady corrupt career politicians and people who hate the American way.

Wow, I didn't expect a Yes from CRPA for a Democrat (Stan Caplan of District 51, Noel Almario for LA County Board of Supervisors)

Well, even Bernie Sanders used to be fairly pro-gun rights until the DNC got to him.

The Democrat Party will cut the two people you listed off at the knees as soon as they see their stance on gun rights.

Bianco knows where dems are hiding the skeletons. He has been in LE since decades.
Hilton is a smart guy. He connects very well with a broad portion of the conservative & moderate leaning population.

Neither Hilton nor Bianco will win if they have to go against any Democrat in the general election.

We need to keep the Democrats out of the top two in the June primary election, then you can choose between Bianco and Hilton in the November general election.

I found this very helpful - This is the LA page but you can navigate to the page for your area

You will have to scroll up and down a lot. Every ballot is not laid out the same apparently.

I would encourage you in any place where there is only one option to choose to write in “Wade Burden” - he’s for the people
