I purchased a P320 with an AXG frame and comp'd by a forum member - really nice guy. Pricing was reasonable and comms were easy and no surprises. the gun was top notch. But I bought it as bones to do what I wanted to do which was somehow figure out how to turn it into a reserve.
Enter Premier Weapons Innovation, and their owner Ty. I told him what I wanted to do and he explained how DLC works and how it wont really work with OEM results on an aluminum frame. Sig's only SS option is the SXG frame but thats full size. He says "I think my machinist can modify it to the same shape as the AXG and get you what I need." Two months later, its back and its perfect. To say the least a lot of work and every detail is perfect - and they are in Huntington Beach. Full gun smith and then some.

For those who don't know how high polish DLC works, its not the finish that makes it look that way, its the prep...bead blast, sand, polish, sand, polish...over and over to get the metal ready. The coating is only as good as that work. They delivered. And, they now have the program if anyone ever decided to do the same. Fun fact on the P320 reserve - unlike the 226 XFive Reserve that has a bull barrel, and 4 way adjustable trigger, the only thing unique about the P320 Reserve is the finish.
Here are a couple of pics to show the before and after for anyone interested.
