Any places in LA County with a good selection of C&R?

ive recently been really interested in c&r stuff and have bought a few, now im really interested in picking up a type 99 so is there a store in LA county with a good selection of c&rs?

Theres only really a handful of good shops for C&R's left, my fav is Gunslingers in Azusa, cant guarantee they've got a Type 99 right now though. Also Gunslinger Auctions (same company different location) always a ton of C&R's there, but they're only available for auction once every 3rd month (they don't sell anything in store).

As a side note, I'll sell you one of my Type 99's if you'd like, I've got a pretty basic one, and a really oddball/cool one with a Russian PU Scope attached to it.
 
Not LA County, but if you're willing to drive down a bit into Orange County, there's the Fowler Gun Room over in Tustin that carries quite a few C&R guns, saw Swedish Mausers, a Finnish M39, and sadly there was a Type 99 just missing the monopod & ladder sight aircraft wings there but I think it was long sold.
 
A great store in SoCal for C&Rs was Martin B. Retting's in Culver City, before they closed down a few years ago. I've had the best luck finding C&Rs through PPTs anyway: a bit of patience can net some great deals, and you avoid paying sales + 11% tax. Better yet, you can get your FFL03 license and have C&Rs shipped to your door.
 
Surplus is pretty much dry and I would highly recommend not over paying. Gunslingers is very good but don't forget that they get you with an auction fee, dros, and 11%. Flowers over charges for what they have and expect to pay 200-400 higher than market price. I would say call around or go into some of the pawn shops in the area for a deal or trying looking at the classifieds or calguns.
