ive tried the aimsports a2 brake on my 20" a2 clone but the brake does its job too well because every shot recoils down like it's doing negative recoil, very different feeling from anything else I've shot. any recommendations on a comp/brake similar looking to the bird cage?

Odd, I have the same device and I have not noticed any change in the recoil vs a birdcage. It may be doing the same as yours but, I really do not pay enough attention to the sight movement to notice it either. I just wait for the dot to stop smearing and then pull the trigger for follow up shots.

for me its a very noticeable drop, like i said a very different feeling compared to every other firearm i own where recoil goes up, but instead its recoiling down
