This bill will pass easily, will Newscum sign it? He will shoot off (pun intended) his White House dreams for 2028 if he signs it. Up next year will likely a bill to ban All semi autos like those in Canada and Australia. Gun control is never enough for these people.

I would guess that some Judge somewhere will strike this down after it's signed into law, which will result in a multi-year appeals process during which time Glocks will be banned.
Who decided that it was a good idea to allow states the power to restrict Constitutional rights? All these Guntubers that live in red states are constantly crying about relatively meaningless federal gun laws, but none of them have to deal with the massive weight of state restrictions like we do. Imagine if our biggest gripe in California was it costing a hundred bucks and a few months wait to buy a suppressor?
